Shay has been on every level of a production from stunt performer and movement director to a show director and artistic director. He founded his own non-profit dance organization - touring and producing multiple works for over 12 years - and has worked on some of the largest live-entertainment productions in the world. He brings 22 years of experience in TV, Film, Stage and live event work as a performer, choreographer, sound designer, director and producer.
